We are currently seeking highly skilled Labour & Employment Lawyers to assist our Fortune 500 clients.
Job Responsibility:
Advise on all aspects of employment law compliance, workplace policies, hiring, terminations and employee relations across multiple provinces
Draft, review, and negotiate employment agreements, offer letters, confidentiality and non-competition clauses, and contractor arrangements
Support workplace investigations, accommodations, performance management, and disciplinary actions to ensure consistent and compliant practices
Assist on workplace planning, restructurings, and risk mitigation related to employment standards and labour relations
Requirements:
Minimum 10+ years of employment law experience in Canada, preferably gained in-house or at a national law firm advising corporate clients on workplace and HR matters
Active membership in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario
