Requirements:
Active membership in the California State Bar
1-10+ years of experience in employment litigation, including discovery and law and motion practice
Strong legal research and writing skills with a proven track record of drafting persuasive pleadings
Experience with trial preparation and courtroom advocacy is highly desirable
Familiarity with state and federal employment laws and regulations
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to develop effective case strategies
Excellent oral communication skills for client interactions and courtroom presentations
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Nice to have:
2-10+ years of practice in L& E and/or commercial litigation
Excellent writing and oral advocacy skills
Diverse discovery and law & motion experience
Some deposition and trial advocacy
