Job Responsibility

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
  • collect and analyze healthcare consumer data including psychological, physiological, sociocultural, spiritual, economic and lifestyle factors
  • set measurable and achievable short and long term goals
  • implement and modify plan of care based on assessment data and evidence based practice
  • provide care coordination, education and discharge planning
  • document all phases of the nursing process

Requirements

  • Graduate of an RN nursing program, upon hire
  • Registered Nurse: NE, upon hire
  • Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire
  • Neonatal Resuscitation Program, within 6 - months
  • Labor & Delivery Experience Required

  • One year of RN experience preferred
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) required
