Labor and Employment Attorney

• Provide advice and counseling on labor and employment matters
• Conduct research for client requests and prepare written responses
• Draft and update employment agreements, handbooks, and policies
• Work independently with minimal oversight
• Communicate directly with clients as needed

• Licensed and in good standing with the Washington State Bar
• must reside in Washington
• 7+ years of labor and employment experience
• Strong advisory and counseling background
• Experience drafting and updating L&E policies and agreements
• Excellent research and analysis skills
• Writing sample required (memo or similar demonstrating legal analysis
• pleadings not accepted)
