Job Description

Currently we are looking for a new Leader of the Labelling Team for a temporary (maternity cover until 09.2027). CPBC Global Labelling Team was established in 2015 and today consists of approximately 13 dedicated professionals supporting more than 100 countries worldwide. Our core responsibility is the creation and maintenance of product labels and Instructions for Use (IFU) in compliance with local regulatory requirements, ensuring patients have accurate information on product descriptions, warnings, and usage guidelines. In addition, we design symbols and product illustrations for IFUs and perform graphic updates on packaging. The team collaborates daily with key business units across the globe, including Regulatory Affairs, Global Marketing, Clinical Research, and Production Sites, to deliver high-quality, compliant labeling solutions.

Job Responsibility

  • Secure a stable Labelling (IFU / Graphic design / Label) Teams with relevant competencies
  • Set local processes for Labelling and take active role in global processes set up together with Senior Global Labelling & Quality Reporting Manager
  • Lead communication between Labelling to global stakeholders
  • Secure a holistic understanding of Labelling processes and relevant stakeholders
  • Drive the optimization of regulatory and quality processes across functions as well as tools and systems used in those processes

Requirements

  • Superb communication skills in English, written and verbal
  • Familiarity with common IT systems, software and MS Office package
  • 2-years of Leadership Experience
  • Project Management Skills
