A vacancy has arisen for a "Lab Test Means Integration Engineer" within Airbus Defence & Space to be based at Getafe site in Spain. The successful candidate will join the department and will be integrated into a multidisciplinary team, covering the Design and Build, and Integration of the Laboratory Test Means used by all programs of Defense and Space. Laboratory Test Means Integration Engineer is an essential role that deals with: Technical challenges; Adaptation to project priorities changes; Agility in resolving technical blocking points ensuring achievement of requirements; Monitor and stick to schedule adherence; Control quality and costs. Job Responsibility

  • Electrical / Electronic design of Test Benches from System Architecture
  • Interfacing with external partners and suppliers and communicating with corresponding stakeholders in design reviews, test reports and Project follow-up meetings
  • Problem Report solving and Change Request (modification) implementation
  • HW/SW integration for test benches
  • Test facilities management and maintenance
  • On Site Acceptance test with customers (Internal or External)

Requirements

  • Degree in Aeronautical, Telecommunications, Automation & Electronics Engineering or equivalent
  • Knowledge & high experience in Autocad, Altium designer or other electrical /electronic tools

  • Motivated, proactive and team dynamic player
  • Committed in their own development to learn new skills
  • Good knowledge of avionic systems
