Job Description:

We are looking for a Lab Test Engineer to join our team and support testing activities in environments related to Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform. This role is key to ensuring quality and seamless integration of solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem.

Job Responsibility:

  • Test functionalities and integrations across Copilot, Copilot Studio (declarative and custom agents), Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), and Dynamics 365
  • Validate scenarios in Microsoft 365, Windows, and Power Platform environments
  • Identify, document, and suggest fixes for issues related to UI updates, functionality changes, and integrations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to report findings and propose improvements.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Microsoft 365 and Copilot administration
  • Strong expertise of Power Platform and Dynamics 365 applications
  • Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio
  • Programming familiarity (scripting experience is a plus)
  • Experience with GitHub and VS Code for issue tracking and testing
  • Ability to troubleshoot across Microsoft environments
  • Strong attention to detail in testing and documentation
  • Clear and effective communication for reporting issues and collaborating with stakeholders
  • Problem-solving mindset, adaptable to frequent changes in tools and platforms
  • Applicants must meet residency or eligibility criteria to work within the country (example: a residence permit or work visa).

Nice to have:

Programming familiarity (scripting experience is a plus).
