Lab Technician (Night Shift)

• synthesis, cleavage of the solid support, desalting, purification, quantification, QC sampling, chemical mixing and/or final processing of oligonucleotides
• operating DNA/RNA synthesizers, HPLCs, and/or other laboratory instruments required to perform the tasks mentioned above
• calibration, maintenance, and cleaning tasks on designated equipment according to schedule or upon request
• This role requires excellent multitasking and time management skills. You are capable of creating your own schedule, setting priorities, and ensuring that daily production goals are met

• A bachelor's degree in a chemical field
• Strong interest in and knowledge of chemistry and DNA is a must
• Excellent PC skills to work with specialized software and applications
• A good command of the English language is essential, as this is the working language. Dutch is a plus
• You are a proactive team player, punctual, accurate, and capable of standing and moving a lot (10,000 to 15,000 steps per day)
• This is a long-term job in a fixed night shift (9:45 PM - 6:15 AM). After an interim period, you will receive a permanent contract with the company
