Lab Maintenance Technician II

• Performs all preventative and reactive maintenance on lab equipment and building, including complex electronic and mechanical equipment
• Maintains all maintenance-related software programs such as PM logs, material acquisition logs, etc.
• Secures machine parts at the lowest cost
• Communicates with various Help Desks (foreign and domestic) to fix various machines
• Fabricates systems and machines to make production easier and of better quality
• Trains new Maintenance associates and Production associates according to direction from the Maintenance Supervisor
• Communicates and interfaces with Production associates and Production leadership to optimize the interaction between departments
• Follows all safety rules and protocols rigorously

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 4-6 years of experience in the maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of complex equipment (Electronics, CNC-type equipment)
• Must be able to read and write in English
• Ability to read and interpret both American and European electrical and electronic diagramming and schematics
• PLC programming a plus
