Job Description:

We are seeking a Lab Logistics Coordinator to support day-to-day operations within a fast-paced research laboratory environment. This role focuses on coordinating equipment logistics, maintaining accurate asset data, and ensuring smooth operational workflows across lab sites. This is a great opportunity for candidates with experience in lab operations, logistics, or data tracking systems who are looking to gain hands-on experience in a scientific setting.

Job Responsibility:

  • Maintain and update records to ensure accurate tracking of laboratory instruments and equipment
  • Coordinate the delivery, installation, transfer, and removal of lab assets across sites
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure proper asset tagging and documentation
  • Support logistics and operational workflows within the laboratory environment
  • Follow all safety, compliance, and operational procedures

Requirements:

Associate’s degree OR High School Diploma (or equivalent) with 2+ years of experience in a laboratory, logistics, or operations environment

Nice to have:

  • Experience with data tracking, reporting, or inventory systems (SAP a plus)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Familiarity with laboratory equipment or environments
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and on a team
