Job Description:

The Lab Finance Manager leads the Analytics team at DaVita Labs and supports financial reporting, profitability analysis, pricing, and operational performance. This role partners closely with lab operations, sales, and corporate teams to deliver accurate insights and drive process improvements.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead and manage the lab finance and analytics team
  • Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership
  • Analyze operational and financial performance, including pricing and profitability
  • Build and maintain financial models to support decision-making
  • Support month-end close, budgeting, and forecasting activities
  • Respond to ad hoc financial and operational analysis requests
  • Ensure accuracy, quality, and timeliness of analytical outputs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Minimum 2 years of people management experience
  • Strong experience with financial systems and reporting
  • Advanced financial modeling skills (pricing, profitability, operations)
  • Intermediate SQL skills and understanding of relational databases
  • Experience with report writing tools (COGNOS or Crystal Reports)
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
