Job Description:

Responsible for the operational management, coordination, and continuous improvement of the TCM,, ensuring the reliable operation of laboratory services, IT infrastructure, and facility systems. This role acts as a key interface between engineering teams, IT organization, facilities service providers, and external suppliers to support a secure, efficient, and high-performance technical environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Responsible of the measurement and testing equipment inventory and calibration used in engineering laboratories
  • Maintain the 5S condition in the laboratories, cleaning, standardization and audit
  • Perform electronic assembly rework for the various engineering projects requirements, securing the quality and delivery of the rework
  • Fabrication of various wiring test interfaces
  • Creation of rework instructions and wiring diagrams of the developed test equipment
  • Internal facility technician for lab and technical areas, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards
  • Support the setup, maintenance, and optimization of high-security areas, laboratories, and special engineering zones
  • Supervision of air conditioning, access control, intrusion protection and fire alarm systems
  • Create lab space optimization initiatives, and workplace transformations (e.g., shared desks, collaborative areas, secure environments)
  • Core interface and point of contact for facility service providers and additional suppliers within the site and facilities scope
  • Coordination and supervision of external vendors related to infrastructure, maintenance, IT, and lab services

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering or related
  • Kowledge in IT equipments/laboratory
