BAE Systems is a leading global defense, security, and aerospace company. We're seeking a highly skilled Technology Innovation Specialist to join our dynamic team, supporting our government customer in driving innovation, efficiency, and security in the rapidly evolving landscape of government mission and business information technology. The Technology Innovation Specialist will play a key role in providing technical expertise, conducting technology assessments, and proposing innovative solutions in data science, artificial intelligence, and machine learning. As a Technology Innovation Specialist, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing project management, providing expert guidance, and ensuring strategic alignment.

Job Responsibility

  • Produce task execution and provide expertise to mid- and senior-level personnel on assigned projects
  • Conduct technology assessments, propose innovative solutions, and implement emerging tools and approaches in data science, artificial intelligence, and machine learning
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technology advancements to provide for agency data capabilities
  • Lead and oversee project/task management, providing expert guidance and ensuring strategic alignment
  • Provide innovation projects that appreciably enhance OSINT capabilities

Requirements

  • Junior: Bachelor’s degree in a related business area with 3+ years of related experience with executive staff support experience within the last 2 years, or 7+ years of experience
  • Mid-level: Bachelor’s degree in a related business area with 8+ years of related experience with executive staff support experience within the last 2 years, or 10+ years of experience
  • Senior: Master’s degree in a related business area with 12+ years of related experience with executive staff support experience within the last 2 years, or a Bachelor’s degree with 17+ years of experience
  • Prior military or government analytical experience
  • Knowledgeable of and demonstrate ability to apply IC and DoD classification guidelines and procedures.
  • Must be able to obtain Top Secret/SCI Polygraph
  • Must currently possess Top Secret/SCI
  • U.S. Person Required
  • U.S. Citizenship Required
