Previous experience supervising and managing legal teams
Strong leadership, case strategy, and communication skills
Resilience and commitment to defending clients with diligence and passion

Job Responsibility

Lead and supervise a team of skilled Crime Duty Solicitors
Manage a complex and serious caseload from police station through to trial
Ensure compliance with the 2017 Standard Crime Contract
Attend police stations and courts regularly
Deliver robust case preparation and powerful advocacy
