Job Description

The Boutique Intern supports the daily operations of the Four Seasons Boutique, ensuring an exceptional guest experience through personalized service, attention to detail, and strong teamwork. This role offers hands-on experience in retail operations, merchandising, and guest relations within a luxury hospitality environment. The Boutique Intern will assist in keeping the boutique organized, replenished, and visually appealing while learning about the product assortment and guest service standards of the Four Seasons brand.

Job Responsibility

  • Assist in maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the boutique, fitting rooms, storage areas, and display cases
  • Support in monitoring inventory levels, restocking shelves, and preparing monthly stock checks
  • Provide product information and recommendations to guests, ensuring a warm, attentive, and professional level of service
  • Assist with sales transactions, including the use of the Point-of-Sale system, proper billing, and processing various payment methods
  • Learn and promote unique boutique items such as local artisanal products, Four Seasons branded items, and specialty merchandise
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure the boutique operates smoothly and aligns with hotel standards
  • Support visual merchandising efforts to maintain an attractive and luxury product display
  • Participate in training sessions and contribute ideas to improve operations and guest satisfaction

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing studies in Hospitality, Business Management, Retail, or a related field
  • Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • fluency in English and Spanish required
  • Enthusiastic about creating memorable guest experiences through attentive and personalized service
  • Ability to multitask while maintaining order and accuracy in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborative and supportive attitude with a genuine interest in learning from experienced colleagues
  • Care in managing displays, stock, and transactions to ensure operational efficiency
  • Availability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays according to the boutique’s operational needs
  • Warm, friendly, and professional demeanor that reflects the Four Seasons values
  • Candidates must have the legal right to work in Spain
