Job Responsibility:

  • Maintain Intelinet Ticketing & Project Systems: Manage and triage support tickets
  • Assist with escalations from Tier 1 & 2 engineers
  • Manage project deployments and configurations
  • Spearhead new client onboardings
  • Provide support for customer networks
  • Maintain complete technical documentation
  • Automate tasks and monitor their effectiveness
