You'll manage tickets, assist escalations, handle deployments, and support Windows-based networks and cloud solutions. Job Responsibility:
Maintain Intelinet Ticketing & Project Systems: Manage and triage support tickets
Assist with escalations from Tier 1 & 2 engineers
Manage project deployments and configurations
Spearhead new client onboardings
Provide support for customer networks
Maintain complete technical documentation
Automate tasks and monitor their effectiveness
Design, deploy, and configure networks (LAN, WLAN, WAN, VPN)
Install and configure networking hardware, routers, switches, wireless, and firewalls
