Job Responsibility

  • Taking calls from users, troubleshooting and application assistance (first call resolution, first line call) requests by fax, Email, mail
  • Encoding tickets, update databases, Live Link with technicians for the good execution of planned works Analysis, planning and scheduling of the Customers request
  • Record, process, and close, incidents or service requests
  • Be reactive in order to take the right actions to help the Customer in the shortest period of time

Requirements

  • Knowledge: telephony, Help Desk experience, Excel
  • Ability to adapt easily and Quick learner
  • Precise team-worker
  • Must have excellent language and communication skills in both Hindi and English
  • Should have good knowledge of SQL Concept and writing SQL queries
  • Experience in Dot net is Mandatory
