Taking calls from users, troubleshooting and application assistance (first call resolution, first line call) requests by fax, Email, mail

Requirements:
Knowledge: telephony, Help Desk experience, Excel
Ability to adapt easily and Quick learner
Precise team-worker
Must have excellent language and communication skills in both Hindi and English
Should have good knowledge of SQL Concept and writing SQL queries
