Job Responsibility:

  • Investigate and resolve complex technical issues escalated by Level 1 engineers
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement fixes to prevent recurring issues
  • Optimize network performance by analyzing logs and making necessary adjustments
  • Configure and manage network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls
  • Collaborate with vendors or service providers to resolve hardware/software issues
  • Prepare detailed incident and performance reports for management
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest networking technologies and practices
  • Discover, Design and configure monitoring tool for El-Delta and customers

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • CCNP Routing and switching, MCSE
  • 5 years of experience in Network and security administration role
  • Advanced knowledge of networking protocols and technologies (e.g., Routing, Switching, MPLS, VLANs)
  • Advanced Knowledge with common security protocols (e.g., TCP, UDP, HTTPS, SSH)
  • Hands-on experience with networking devices like Cisco, Juniper, or Fortinet
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for both hardware and software
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Certification like CCNP, or MCSE, equivalent is highly preferred
  • ITIL strategy Knowledge
