Job Responsibility

Provide advanced (Tier-2) support for escalated network incidents—LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, firewall, load-balancer issues
Design, configure, and maintain network devices: routers, switches (L2/L3), wireless APs/controllers, firewalls (Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto), and SD-WAN
Implement routing (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP), VLANs, STP/RSTP, QoS, NAT, IPsec/SSL VPNs, MPLS, etc
Monitor network performance (throughput, latency, packet loss), investigate anomalies, and resolve complex issues
