We’re recruiting for a Retail L&D Trainer to join a well-established, fast-paced retail business at a key point in its growth and transformation. This is a field-based role covering stores across the Northern region, working closely with store and regional leadership teams to support performance, consistency and customer experience across a multi-site environment.
Job Responsibility
Delivering engaging training sessions across multiple retail locations
Coaching Store Managers and teams to improve performance and behaviours
Supporting onboarding and development of new store leaders
Driving consistency in customer experience standards
Partnering with Area Managers and senior stakeholders
Providing practical, in-store coaching and day-to-day support
Requirements
Experience in retail training / L&D (multi-site or field-based preferred)
Strong facilitation skills — confident delivering to groups and individuals
Able to coach and influence Store Managers and teams
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven retail environment
Strong stakeholder management skills
Flexible and open to regular regional travel, including occasional overnight stays
