Job Description

Guidant Global is expanding our partnership with a leading defence client, launching a new Learning & Development administration service. We're looking for an L&D Supplier Relationship Manager to oversee supplier onboarding, performance, and relationships across a high‑volume, high‑impact training environment

Job Responsibility

  • Onboard new suppliers and ensure understanding of processes, SLAs, and compliance requirements
  • Manage supplier performance through KPIs, data analysis, and regular business reviews
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with suppliers and internal partners
  • Conduct escalations and implement corrective actions
  • Support sourcing of new suppliers based on our defence client's training needs
  • Ensure compliance with contractual and security standards
  • Collaborate closely with L&D operations, procurement, finance, and onboarding teams
  • Identify innovation and continuous improvement opportunities
  • Maintain service quality and accuracy across a high‑volume L&D environment

Requirements

  • 2+ years' supplier/vendor management or procurement experience
  • Excellent relationship‑building skills
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving ability
  • Understanding of contracts, SLAs, and compliance
  • Eligible for Security Clearance (SC)
