partner with learning teams designing global/functional learning programs to create, launch and scale high quality and repeatable product
collaborate across teams and be main point of contact to product owner during design and pilot phase of new products
create end-to-end learning program deployment toolkit and manage operationalization of the delivery until BAU ready, whether Digital, Classroom or Virtual
ensure proper learning data collection
oversee vendor deliveries during pilot phase and serves as the first point of escalation in case of incidents
drive process standardization and deployment operational excellence across learning programs and serve as a thought leader to product owners and the stakeholders on how good looks like
establish governance structure to monitor and report on deployment progress, sessions attendance and completions, risks and incidents to the product owners
provide Learning Deployment Leads with technical guidance and act as the SME for more complex deployment cases

Requirements
bachelor’s degree
3 years + of experience in L&D or training industry
expert knowledge of LMS processes and tools
strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
effective communication and presentation skills
fluent in spoken and written English
continuous improvement mindset
strong project and program management capabilities
analytical and data driven
