We are seeking a dynamic L&D Impact Instructor (German Speaker) to deliver exceptional learning experiences and drive functional capability development for centre teams. This role focuses on creating impactful training sessions, localising content, and ensuring high learner engagement through innovative delivery techniques.
Job Responsibility:
Deliver high-impact learning experiences using diverse methods such as digital platforms, face-to-face sessions, and coaching
Act as a development consultant, promoting Vodafone University and other learning platforms
Localise L&D content and collaborate with external suppliers when necessary
Partner with HRSSC for training administration and enablement
Serve as the primary contact for stakeholders, including HRBP, suppliers, and global L&D teams
Identify learning needs through audits and share findings with functional expert trainers
Track and maintain detailed training reports and conduct upskill and cross-skill sessions
Ensure smooth transition from training to operational roles by addressing gaps
Conduct feedback and coaching sessions to improve training outcomes
Work in rotational shifts, including early and late hours
Requirements:
Experienced in training delivery and facilitation across technical topics
Skilled in engaging learners through digital and virtual channels
Strong presentation skills
Fluent in German (spoken and written)
English proficiency preferred
Self-driven and able to build rapport quickly with diverse audiences
Familiar with coaching principles
Certified in training delivery (preferred)
