This is your opportunity to join a global healthcare company in their L&D team. Reporting straight to the L&D Manager, you will be working within a national team. In this role you are working with the broader business to understand specific requirements. You will play an integral part in the mapping of and coordination of training and assessment materials.

Job Responsibility

  • Training needs analysis
  • End to end support in LMS
  • Analysis of and mapping of training needed across the organisation
  • Provision of/and support in the maintenance of training and assessment records and material
  • Development of training and assessment reports and matrices
  • Coordinate training requirements and maintain compliant records
