Training needs analysis
End to end support in LMS
Analysis of and mapping of training needed across the organisation
Provision of/and support in the maintenance of training and assessment records and material
Development of training and assessment reports and matrices
Coordinate training requirements and maintain compliant records
Primary point of contact for questions through the business
