Job Description:

Are you passionate about creating meaningful learning experiences and helping people grow? We’re looking for a highly organised, proactive Learning & Development Coordinator to support the running of our L&D function. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys bringing structure to fast-moving environments and collaborating with teams across the organisation.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage course enrolments, confirmations, attendance tracking, and learner communications
  • Prepare and share joining instructions, materials, and feedback surveys
  • Keep training records, evaluations, and improvement actions up to date
  • Maintain accurate L&D documentation and records
  • Prepare professional reports, summaries, and L&D updates
  • Act as the first point of contact for L&D queries
  • Provide clear updates to managers and stakeholders
  • Support coordination with external training partners and vendors
  • Manage calendars for training sessions, workshops, and development programs
  • Track deadlines, action items, and follow-ups
  • Use Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, Excel, Forms, PowerPoint) to organise, track, and report
  • Maintain LMS trackers for attendance, progress, and risks
  • Support basic analytics and dashboards (Excel/Power BI)
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion, following GDPR and internal policies

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in SaaS companies
  • Strong organisational and time‑management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confidence using Microsoft 365 and interest in learning new systems
  • Ability to manage confidential information professionally
