Job Description

In this exciting role, you will be part of a collaborative team of Design & Delivery Specialists, reporting to the Learning and Development Manager. You will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging learning content that meets the needs of our global business.

Job Responsibility

Requirements

  • Proven experience in designing and delivering learning initiatives
  • Strong project planning and coordination skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to translate complex concepts into accessible learning
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems and Learning Experience Platforms
  • A passion for continuous self-development and staying updated with the latest in L&D

Nice to have

  • Experience with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate 360, and PageTiger

  • Program Operations and Facilitation: Drive day-to-day logistics for manager development programs, including scheduling, communications, stakeholder coordination, and smooth execution across virtual and in-person formats
