Job Description:

Our client is a leading group in the UK construction industry, providing a comprehensive range of electrical, mechanical, security, and foodservice equipment services. If you are an experienced administrator with a passion for learning and development, this could be the ideal role for you!

Job Responsibility:

Collaborate with the HR Manager and L&D Advisor to assess and deliver training needs aligned with company competencies
Ensure all statutory and compliance training requirements are met for your designated business areas
Organise and administer CSCS card applications
Maintain training matrixes and act as the primary contact for training inquiries
Coordinate the company appraisal process and apprentice progression reviews
Keep accurate records on HRIS and LMS, including course bookings and attendance

Requirements:

Proven experience in a Learning & Development or HR administrative role
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in HRIS and LMS systems
Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records

Nice to have:

Familiarity with training compliance regulations in the construction sector
Experience in coordinating apprenticeships and graduate programmes
Knowledge of adult learning principles
