Our client is a leading group in the UK construction industry, providing a comprehensive range of electrical, mechanical, security, and foodservice equipment services. If you are an experienced administrator with a passion for learning and development, this could be the ideal role for you!

Job Responsibility:

  • Collaborate with the HR Manager and L&D Advisor to assess and deliver training needs aligned with company competencies
  • Ensure all statutory and compliance training requirements are met for your designated business areas
  • Organise and administer CSCS card applications
  • Maintain training matrixes and act as the primary contact for training inquiries
  • Coordinate the company appraisal process and apprentice progression reviews
  • Keep accurate records on HRIS and LMS, including course bookings and attendance

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a Learning & Development or HR administrative role
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in HRIS and LMS systems
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records

Nice to have:
