Job Description:

The individual in this role will lead transformative workstreams for the USPB and Wealth Financial Crimes Program, involving strategy execution, stakeholder management, and risk assessment. This position requires advanced knowledge of operations and technology processes, communication skills to influence and guide colleagues, and the ability to lead cross-functional projects to achieve efficiency, client experience, and risk management outcomes.

Job Responsibility:

Defining workstream strategy, scope, work effort, prioritization and resource allocation to achieve desired outcomes
Managing execution of milestones and budgets across multiple complex cross-functional projects
Building and managing relationships with stakeholders
Aligning work projects to business goals
Facilitating, coordinating, and arbitrating cross-functional topics at a macro level
Resolving issues outside established project scope
Ensuring project scope meets business objectives
Aligning business case/cost benefit analysis with business objectives
Enforcing adherence to project processes, procedures, and standards
Negotiating for resources to complete projects
Communicating status, issues, and risks with stakeholders
Identifying and mitigating potential risks impacting project delivery

Requirements:

10+ years relevant experience
KYC experience preferred
Project/Program management experience required
Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred
