Job Description:

The Project Sr Lead is a strategic professional responsible for leading workstreams critical for the transformation of the USPB and Wealth Financial Crimes Program. This role requires excellent communication skills to negotiate internally at senior levels and involves significant responsibility over strategy for technology, data, operations and/or processes.

Job Responsibility:

Define workstream strategy, scope, work effort, prioritization and resource allocation
Day to day management of executing to milestones and budget on multiple complex cross-functional projects
Build and manage relationships with stakeholders
Direct creation of multiple work projects and manage alignment to business goals
Lead facilitation, coordination, and arbitration of cross-functional macro level topics
Identify and drive resolution of issues
Ensure project scope definition meets business objectives
Ensure business case/cost benefit analysis is in line with business objectives
Drive adherence to project processes, procedures, methods, and standards
Assist project team in negotiating for resources
Communicate status, issue, and risk disposition to all stakeholders
Identify risks which impact project delivery and ensure mitigation strategies are developed

Requirements:

10+ years relevant experience
KYC experience preferred
Project/Program management experience required
Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred
Excellent communication skills
Developed communication and diplomacy skills
Ability to guide, influence and convince others
Strategic thinking
Risk assessment capabilities
Compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations

Nice to have:

Master's degree
KYC experience
