Job Responsibility
Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing KYC team
Managing day-to-day workflow, productivity, and service levels
Supporting the resolution of complex and high-risk customer cases
Ensuring AML and KYC processes are completed accurately and efficiently
Monitoring team performance and delivering regular feedback and development support
Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and customers
Identifying opportunities to improve processes and customer experience
Supporting compliance reporting, audits, and regulatory requirements
Keeping up to date with changes in legislation and industry best practice
Requirements
Previous experience managing or supervising a team
Strong knowledge of KYC, Customer Due Diligence (CDD), and Anti-Money Laundering regulations
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
The ability to make balanced, risk-based decisions
A proactive and solutions-focused mindset
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Experience coaching and developing others to achieve their potential
A passion for delivering outstanding customer service
