Job Description

A leading Global Software vendor is looking to appoint an Enterprise Account Executive to help strengthen its presence in Saudi Arabia. This role is pivotal to expanding market share, managing high-value enterprise relationships, and driving new customer acquisition across the Kingdom.

Job Responsibility

  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline by generating new opportunities and qualifying inbound leads
  • Develop long-term relationships with key enterprise clients and partners, ensuring solutions align with their business and technology priorities
  • Create and execute strategic account plans focused on new business development, customer retention, and revenue growth
  • Identify and capitalise on upsell and cross-sell opportunities within assigned accounts
  • Work closely with technical and delivery teams to shape tailored solutions for complex requirements
  • Lead commercial discussions, including proposals, contract negotiations, and renewals
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, account status, and revenue forecasts
  • Support post-sales engagement to ensure successful deployments and ongoing customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • 5-8 years’ experience in enterprise software sales with a strong history of exceeding revenue targets
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
  • Proven track record managing enterprise accounts in the KSA
  • Strong ability to build pipelines, generate new business, and manage complex sales cycles
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, including experience engaging C-level stakeholders
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritise opportunities
  • Analytical, solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
