Job Responsibility:
Delivering high-quality teaching and learning to students aged 11-16 who have ASD and other complex or anxiety-related needs
Creating a nurturing and supportive environment that helps students overcome challenges and reach their full potential
Being part of a dedicated and committed multidisciplinary team, working collaboratively to ensure that students receive the best possible care and education
Requirements:
A qualified teacher (QTS) with a proven track record of successful teaching
A passion for working with students with complex needs and a commitment to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and supportive approach
The ability to manage challenging behaviours in a calm and understanding manner
A willingness to contribute to the wider life of the school, including extracurricular activities
