Job Description

AK Teaching are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and experienced KS2 Teaching Assistant to work within one of our primary academies based in Washington. This role is an immediate start.

Requirements

  • Have a positive attitude and enthusiasm for teaching and learning
  • Experience supporting across KS2
  • Assist the class teacher with daily duties and classroom management
  • Teaching Assistant Qualification- Level 2 or above
  • Be available between Monday – Friday (No weekends)
  • Hold a valid enhanced DBS or willing to apply for one
  • Be a UK based resident with valid right to work
  • Support pupils on a 1:1 daily and general classroom cover
