Job Responsibility

  • Help to support children on a 1:1 and classroom-based level
  • Provide targeted group support in and outside of the classroom (interventions/booster groups)
  • Delivering Reading, Writing, Spelling, and Maths sessions
  • Working closely alongside a designated year-group teacher
  • Long-Term - Full Time
  • Hours between 8:30 am and 15:30 pm, Monday - Friday.

Requirements

  • Experience working with children (ideally in KS2)
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to get one)
  • Strong work ethic and solid literacy/numeracy skills
  • Able to adapt to the different academic needs of each child
  • Flexible
  • adhere to the needs of the pupils in a professional and friendly manner.
