Duties as KS2 Teacher: Plan and deliver engaging Key Stage 2 lessons in line with the national curriculum Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports learning and behaviour Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress, adapting teaching to meet individual needs Differentiate lessons to support pupils with a range of abilities Work collaboratively with colleagues to support curriculum planning and consistency Maintain clear classroom routines and high expectations for behaviour Support pupils’ social, emotional, and academic development Provide constructive feedback to pupils to support progress and confidence Uphold safeguarding, welfare, and health and safety responsibilities at all times
