Job Description:

KS2 Teacher required to start from September 2025! Randstad is proud to be working with such excellent Teachers and outstanding schools across Hertfordshire and as market leaders in education recruitment, we are actively looking for an enthusiastic year 4 / KS2 teacher to join a welcoming and supportive team at a Primary School based in Hemel Hempstead. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and enthusiastic KS2 Teacher. Job Responsibility:

Adhering to the curriculum, including up to date changes in the structure
Delivering pre-planned lessons
Using your own subject knowledge and teaching skills to bring set work to life
Managing the behaviour within the classroom

Requirements:

A degree qualification in teaching (PGCE) along with a QTS
Experienced with KS2 Teaching and children
An enhanced child DBS on the update service (or willingness to get one)
Eligibility to work in the UK Essential (sponsorship is not available with this role)
Strong knowledge of the UK curriculum
Relevant professional teaching references
Being passionate about teaching and learning
Tailoring your approach to the individual needs of children where necessary
Good organisational and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of various teaching methods
Positive outlook and attitude
Dedicated interest in children's education and creating the best learning environment
Ability to communicate with and encourage children with additional needs
