Job Description:

KS2 Teacher – Day-to-day supply from as soon as possible. These flexible opportunities are ideal for KS2 Teachers who enjoy variety and want to make a positive impact across different school settings in St Albans and the surrounding areas.

Job Responsibility:

  • Deliver engaging lessons across Key Stage 2
  • Follow school planning or adapt lessons to suit pupil needs
  • Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
  • Manage behaviour effectively in line with school policies
  • Mark work and provide feedback where required
  • Liaise with school staff to ensure smooth handovers

Requirements:

  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Confident teaching across Years 3 to 6
  • Strong classroom management and adaptability
  • Reliable, flexible, and professional as a KS2 Teacher
  • Able to quickly build rapport with pupils and staff
  • Experience in primary settings preferred but not essential
