Job Description:

We are delighted to be supporting a thriving 3‑form entry primary school in Crawley in their search for an enthusiastic and committed Key Stage 2 Teacher to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a teacher who is passionate about inspiring learning, building strong relationships, and being part of a supportive, forward‑thinking school community. The role is suitable for ECTs and experienced teachers, with strong support structures in place.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver high‑quality, engaging lessons aligned with the National Curriculum
Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment where pupils feel motivated to succeed
Support pupil progress through effective assessment and responsive teaching
Foster strong relationships with pupils, colleagues, and families
Work collaboratively within a large, supportive year‑group team
Contribute to the wider life of the school through enrichment and teamwork

Requirements:

Holds QTS (or is on track to achieve it)
Has experience teaching in Key Stage 2
Has strong classroom practice and behaviour management
Is reflective, motivated, and eager to develop professionally
Works well as part of a large team and school community
