Extra-Curricular Contribution: Lead or assist with clubs, trips, and school events that enrich the student experience. What You Need to Succeed Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): Essential, along with a track record of effective teaching. Degree Educated: A strong academic background. Energy & Creativity: A commitment to delivering exceptional outcomes through interactive teaching strategies. Interpersonal Excellence: The ability to build strong partnerships with parents, carers, and colleagues.
