Job Responsibility:
Fostering critical thinking and resilience in students aged 7-11
Planning and executing lessons aligned with the National Curriculum, with a focus on narrowing attainment gaps in Literacy and Numeracy
Using formative assessment and mock data to identify student needs, providing targeted interventions
Supporting Year 3 students in their move from Infants or guiding Year 6 through the emotional and academic journey toward secondary school
Maintaining transparent, professional communication with families
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Strong understanding of the KS2 framework and assessment markers
Ability to inspire a class of 30+ students while maintaining a focused, high-energy learning environment
Valid enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply) and a 100% commitment to Safeguarding
