Key Stage 2 (KS2) Supply Teacher | Juniors Specialist | Local Primary Schools. Position: Full-Time or Part-Time, Flexible (Term Time Only). Salary: £100 - 160 per day (Weekly Pay - dependent on experience). Start Date: Immediate / Next Term. Are you an adaptable educator who thrives on the academic variety of the Junior years? Join our local primary network as a Key Stage 2 Supply Teacher and lead classrooms where independent thinking and subject exploration take centre stage.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead classrooms through the broad KS2 curriculum
  • Deliver high-quality lessons in core subjects and foundation topics
  • Maintain high expectations for work and behaviour
  • Facilitate lessons challenging 'Greater Depth' learners while providing scaffolding
  • Quickly establish rapport with older primary pupils
  • Step into any Junior classroom and identify needs
  • Work effectively with Year Group Leads and TAs

Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
  • Solid understanding of the National Curriculum across both Lower and Upper Key Stage 2
  • Comfortable moving between year groups and adapting tone and teaching style
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to apply)
  • 100% dedicated to Safeguarding
