Job Description:

Justteachers is recruiting a KS2 SEN Teacher to work within a specialist SEN primary setting in either Stratford-upon-Avon or Rugby. This position is available to start ASAP for the right candidate. You will teach a small class of pupils with a range of additional needs, delivering a broad and balanced curriculum tailored to individual abilities.

Job Responsibility:

  • Plan and deliver differentiated KS2 lessons
  • Develop and implement individual learning plans
  • Create a positive and structured classroom environment
  • Work closely with teaching assistants to support pupils
  • Assess and monitor pupil progress

Requirements:

  • QTS or equivalent recognised teaching qualification
  • Experience teaching KS2
  • Knowledge of SEN strategies and inclusive teaching practices
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Calm, patient and resilient approach
