justteachers is seeking a dedicated KS2 SEN Teacher to work in a specialist SEN school in Stratford-upon-Avon. This role suits a creative and resilient teacher who can adapt the curriculum to meet a wide range of learning, emotional, and behavioural needs.

Job Responsibility

  • Deliver differentiated lessons aligned to the KS2 curriculum and individual learning needs
  • Support pupils with complex SEN, including ASD, ADHD, and SEMH
  • Implement behaviour support strategies and positive reinforcement
  • Assess progress and adapt teaching to ensure pupil engagement
  • Collaborate with support staff and contribute to review meetings

Requirements

  • QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
  • Experience teaching KS2, ideally within an SEN setting
  • Strong behaviour management and classroom organisation skills
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods and learning materials
