The Role: Teaching within KS2; Planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum; Supporting pupils with a range of needs, including some challenging behaviours; Establishing clear routines and strong behaviour management strategies; Contributing to a positive and improving school culture. The Ideal Candidate Will: Hold QTS (or be an ECT); Be resilient, confident and consistent in managing behaviour; Have a strong understanding of KS1 curriculum and phonics; Be committed to raising attainment and pupil outcomes; Be proactive, adaptable and a strong team player; Have a DBS on the update service (or willing to apply); Have UK classroom experience.
