Ks1 Teacher

• Excellence in Teaching and Learning: Plan and deliver inspiring, well-structured lessons that promote intellectual curiosity, creativity, and academic rigour
• Ensure learning is appropriately differentiated to meet the diverse needs of pupils, enabling all to make exceptional progress in line with the school’s curriculum and standards
• Assessment and Academic Progress: Use a range of assessment strategies to monitor, evaluate, and support pupil achievement
• Provide timely, constructive feedback to foster improvement and a commitment to high standards in every learner

• An undergraduate degree in a relevant subject area and a recognised teaching qualification
• A minimum of 3+ years’ post qualification experience
• Experience teaching Primary age children in the UK curriculum framework
• Undergraduate degree in a relevant subject area
• Demonstrable relevant CPD showing up-to-date skills and subject knowledge of teaching practice
• Experience and/or qualification in delivering a programme of study in English within an ESL student body
• Fluency in English

A PGCE or Bachelors in Education are highly desirable
