Job Description:

KS1 Teacher | Inspiring the First Big Steps (Year 1 & 2). We are looking for an enthusiastic, creative, and patient KS1 Teacher to join a friendly primary school in Tamworth. Full-time, temporary role.

Job Responsibility:

  • Plan and deliver high-quality, play-infused lessons meeting National Curriculum standards for KS1
  • Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment
  • Use formative assessment to track early reading, writing, and maths progress
  • Work closely with parents and Teaching Assistants

Requirements:

  • QTS
  • Early Career Teachers welcome
  • experience delivering phonics programs (Read Write Inc. or Little Wandle)
  • energy and classroom management skills
  • commitment to safeguarding
