Collaborative Planning: Work within a team that shares -Schemes of Work- and creative resources, allowing you to focus on delivery rather than administrative burnout. Supportive Induction: Full mentorship available for Early Career Teachers to help you navigate your first years in the classroom. Your Role as an Early Years Expert As a Key Stage 1 Teacher, you are the architect of a child's foundational academic skills. Deliver High-Impact Phonics: Lead daily phonics sessions that build the decoding skills essential for early reading success. Creative Curriculum Delivery: Plan and execute engaging, play-infused lessons in Numeracy and Literacy that meet National Curriculum standards. Nurturing Environment: Create a classroom culture where 5-to-7-year-olds feel safe to take risks, ask questions, and celebrate their -lightbulb moments. Progress Tracking: Use formative assessment to monitor early milestones, ensuring every child receives the targeted support they need to thrive.
