KS1 Supply Teacher. Reigate, Surrey. £140 - £170 per day, PAYE, Referral Bonus. temporary, part-time. Primary Supply Teacher - Flexible Opportunities & Weekly Pay. Are you a dedicated and enthusiastic educator looking to balance your professional expertise with personal flexibility? We are currently seeking qualified Primary Supply Teachers to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to gain diverse experience across various primary school settings while maintaining full control over your work-life balance.

Job Responsibility

  • Deliver engaging and interactive lessons that align with the primary school curriculum
  • Cultivate a positive, inclusive, and effective learning environment for all students
  • Implement robust classroom management strategies to ensure high levels of student engagement
  • Provide tailored support and guidance to accommodate students with varying abilities
  • Collaborate professionally with school staff and faculty to maintain a cohesive educational experience
  • Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans to pupils across the primary phase
  • Maintain positive behaviour and a safe learning environment
  • Ensure all school policies and procedures are adhered to
  • Provide a brief handover to the class teacher upon completion of the cover assignment

Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching certification
  • Proven experience teaching within primary school environments
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the current primary curriculum
  • Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong commitment to professional student development and educational excellence
