Job Responsibility:

Continuity in Education: Play a pivotal role in ensuring student's learning remains consistent and engaging even in the absence of their regular teacher
Follow Lesson Plans: Utilise the provided lesson plans and resources from the class teacher to create an effective and engaging learning experience
Collaboration: Share insights, strategies, and best practices with fellow staff members, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment
Building Relationships: Develop strong connections with staff, students, and families to create a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere
Feedback and Support: Mark lessons taught and offer concise feedback to the class teacher when required
Effective Use of Resources: Work collaboratively with teaching assistants to provide optimal support for all learners

Requirements:

QTS/PGCE qualification
Qualified and enthusiastic teacher
Passion for Key Stage 1 (KS1) or Key Stage 2 (KS2)
Good classroom management
Key stage 1 experience
Key stage 2 experience
Communication skills
