Manage classroom behaviour effectively to maintain a positive and safe learning environment. Adapt quickly to different school environments, following existing lesson plans or creating your own if required. Foster a supportive and inclusive atmosphere that encourages student's academic, social, and emotional development. Collaborate with other teaching staff and communicate effectively with parents and caregivers when necessary. What We're Looking For To excel in this role, you will need: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): Essential. Experience in KS1 Teaching: A solid understanding of Key Stage 1 curriculum and teaching methodologies. Adaptability and Resilience: The ability to adapt to various school settings and handle challenges with professionalism. Strong Classroom Management Skills: To create a positive and productive environment. Passion for Teaching: A genuine enthusiasm for supporting young learners. Desirable Skills Experience working with Special Educational Needs (SEN) students. Familiarity with phonics programs such as Read Write Inc. or Letters and Sounds.
